I am an avid baseball fan and I play in the NYC Metro Baseball independent league for the Hudson River Mutants. 

 

The season I joined was the team’s first; An expansion team of free agents. I took it upon myself to build a brand around the team in order to bring the team together, develop a sense of pride in our identity, and look like the team we felt like we were. I became the manager.

I designed a mascot known as The Goon, a logo, badge, colors that stand out in a league of black and navy, and I designed our team jerseys. We are currently in first place this season.
